| Grapevine Star Entertainment Inc. and Johnny Wimbrey Sign Agreement to Develop and Launch The Johnny Show |

Grapevine, TX December 19, 2008: Grapevine Star Entertainment Inc. and Johnny Wimbrey have joined together to develop and launch The Johnny Show, a talk show starring Johnny Wimbrey, an internationally recognized and celebrated motivational speaker.
Johnny Wimbrey, an ex-drug dealer who is now one of the world's top international motivational speakers is also a radio and TV presenter and best selling author, all at the young age of 32.
Johnny's best selling book "From the Hood to Doing Good" is sought after by readers from the United States, to Australia to London to South Africa.
Grapevine Star Entertainment a media and entertainment properties owner and manager with data collection points built around direct to consumer, TV programs, niche social networks and branded web sites has signed an agreement with Johnny Wimbrey to co-develop The Johnny Show. GrapevineStar will also be responsible for licensing and merchandising.
